It's time to put together my schedule of classes for the winter. I will be teaching at Mo Coco's Coffee in Merrill, the Shroom Room in Breckenridge and Mill Street Peddler in St. Louis. I'll offer at least 2 mushroom extraction classes and 2 herbal/mushroom lotion making classes. Would anyone be interested in a class on cannabis extraction? What about a workshop on herbal infusions, decoctions, oxymels, tinctures, broths & teas. Please let me know what you want learn. What days and times work best? I need some input. I also do private groups in your home. I'll have a schedule out within the next few days.

Last week's mushroom extraction class was so much fun. Dr Kari Kohler Baily from Blue Feather wellness Veterinary in St. Louis was here to learn how to formulate mushroom extracts for her clinic and Bambi Howard, 1st grade teacher on the reservation in Mt. Pleasant was here to learn to infuse mushrooms into the honey that her class got from their very own bee hives. I get to hang out with such cool people. God's Green Earth PET LOVE line will soon be available at Kari's clinic.

The MUSHROOM EXTRACTION CLASS tomorrow evening, Tues, Sept 16 will include ultrasonic extraction which is becoming my favorite extraction method. Ultrasonic cleaning machines use high-frequency sound waves to break dopwn cell walls, releasing potent compounds way faster than the traditional methods. This inexpensive machine cuts the extraction time from one month down to a couple hours and it's potent! It's perfect for breaking down tough fungal cell walls and boosting bioavailability, and it preserves delicate constituents. You will learn to make the powdered extracts as well. Class starts at 6pm. FINALLY! Here's a list of the herbal tinctures I have on hand. They are all wild foraged or home grown herbs tinctured the traditional way in 100 proof vodka for 8 weeks. Some have a couple more weeks left until they are ready. I sell my 1oz. bottles for $10 or 3/$25.

Introducing our Medicinal Mushroom Chocolate Collection. These bars are loaded with our extracted mushroom powder blends. We will have lots of them with us today in Saginaw at the SVRC Farmers Market from 10-3. We'll have samples of JAVA JIVE available.

Here's some pictues of last Tuesday's "Salves, Lotions & Potions" workshop. I had 5 beautiful ladies here learning how to make their own skin care products out of plants/mushrooms. Thanks to everyone who attended my spring workshops. There's one more Mushroom extraction workshop this Tuesday, June 10. There's one spot left if anyone is interested. I will be posting my summer class schedule soon. I will be teaching some of my summer classes at the Mill Street Peddler in St. Louis.

The green tent was ours! Arrived at the Amish Quilt Festival Saturday morning to find this. There were 500 vendors there and the damage was crazy. We headed straight to Home Depot for another canopy.
