Still soaking in today ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ What an incredible opportunity to speak to a powerhouse group of leaders at alongside my colleague and friend, . ๐Ÿ’ก

We explored how leadership is more than performance, itโ€™s about presence.
How our wiring (not just our rรฉsumรฉs) influences the way we lead under pressure.

And how self-awareness, emotional regulation, and nervous system safety are underrated superpowers in todayโ€™s fast-paced, high-demand workplace.

The truth is: we donโ€™t lead in a vacuum.
We bring our stories, our stress responses, and our survival strategies into every room we enter. When leaders begin to recognize this, they unlock a completely different level of impact.

Itโ€™s an honor to walk into spaces like this and be met with openness, vulnerability, and a real hunger to grow, not just as professionals, but as humans.
