⚠️Tis the season for bad actors who want to steal your financial security or even your identity.

While you're spending more time online shopping and hunting for deals this holiday, your information is more exposed than ever. This is not an exhaustive list, but here are a few tips to help keep you and your loved ones safe from would-be scammers.

✅The best tip? If you're unsure about an online request, voicemail, text message, letter, or other notice DON'T RESPOND! Many scammers will move on if they don't get a response. If you continue getting the request, find the phone number associated with the alleged sender and call to confirm they need this information from you.

Scammers are cleverer than ever... If you've been a victim know it's not your fault! Going forward use these tips (and find more online!) to prevent repeat situations.

❄We've received a number of calls asking about our annual winter coat drive...

We didn't think about it, but hearing the community wanting to support others has inspired us to think again!
