Thanks for the awesome experience, Clinton Manor Living Center! 💛

We’ve partnered with Clinton Manor for their vaccine clinics for years — and we love this new addition: their Employee + Family Health Fair! They’re doing an incredible job supporting 240 employees (and their families!) with free labs and access to local wellness resources.

We were there sharing our new Wellness Consults— where we take your medications, supplements, labs, and goals and build a personalized plan to help you feel your best.

I had SO many great conversations with people ready to take control of their health — managing chronic conditions, improving sleep, supporting sustainable weight loss, reducing stress, and more. I can't wait for our pharmacists to dig in with them.

Quick proud moment over here…

Meagan, one of our awesome certified pharmacy technicians (CPhT), just completed her immunization + CPR certifications. 🙌

If her name sounds familiar, it should — she’s a SyncRx lead, so she’s reaching out each month making sure everything is lined up and ready to go.

Immunization certifications are a big deal at CCRX. Not just because of the skill itself, but because it allows us to continue building out a team that can step in and do more when it matters most.

When you visit us, you’re not just interacting with a cashier or "pill counter."

Our technicians are trained to do a lot — from fixing insurance headaches (and finding ways to save you $$) and coordinating your meds, to compounding and immunizing… and so. much. more. They truly are the right hand to our pharmacists.

It’s something I’m really intentional and passionate about — building a career path, not just a role.

For our patients, these advanced certifications mean:
• faster service when you come in
• more of our team able to jump in and help on the spot

For Meaghan — it’s a huge step forward, and we’re really dang proud of her.

PLEASE READ: A small change, with a big intention!

**** Starting April 4, 2026, our Saturday hours will shift to 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM. ****

As we move out of cold and flu season, we’re taking this as an opportunity to try something new — giving our team a little more of their Saturdays back after long, full weeks of caring for our community.

Over the past year, we’ve made a big shift in how we care for our patients — and it’s changed everything behind the scenes.

Today, ~80% of our patients are on a coordinated pickup schedule, meaning you have a set day each month when everything is ready at once.

No more:
- running out
- last-minute calls to the doctor
- multiple trips to the pharmacy
- wondering if we’ll have something in stock

Our team is working on your medications about a week in advance — which also helps us catch and prevent gaps in therapy before they become a problem. It’s a quieter, proactive kind of care, but it means fewer surprises, smoother visits, and more confidence that everything will be there when you walk in.

And for our team, it’s created a more predictable workflow that allows them to stay ahead instead of constantly catching up.

We know health needs don’t always follow a schedule. This change is designed thoughtfully — keeping us open one hour after the HSHS walk-in clinic closes — and we will continue to offer:

- Monday–Friday hours 8:30am-6:30pm (closed 1:00–1:30 for lunch)

- Free weekday delivery to your home or office in surrounding areas

- After-hours emergency service (as we have for 30+ years)

We’ll be trying this schedule through the summer and will reassess as we head back into cold and flu season.
