PLEASE READ: A small change, with a big intention!
**** Starting April 4, 2026, our Saturday hours will shift to 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM. ****
As we move out of cold and flu season, we’re taking this as an opportunity to try something new — giving our team a little more of their Saturdays back after long, full weeks of caring for our community.
Over the past year, we’ve made a big shift in how we care for our patients — and it’s changed everything behind the scenes.
Today, ~80% of our patients are on a coordinated pickup schedule, meaning you have a set day each month when everything is ready at once.
No more:
- running out
- last-minute calls to the doctor
- multiple trips to the pharmacy
- wondering if we’ll have something in stock
Our team is working on your medications about a week in advance — which also helps us catch and prevent gaps in therapy before they become a problem. It’s a quieter, proactive kind of care, but it means fewer surprises, smoother visits, and more confidence that everything will be there when you walk in.
And for our team, it’s created a more predictable workflow that allows them to stay ahead instead of constantly catching up.
We know health needs don’t always follow a schedule. This change is designed thoughtfully — keeping us open one hour after the HSHS walk-in clinic closes — and we will continue to offer:
- Monday–Friday hours 8:30am-6:30pm (closed 1:00–1:30 for lunch)
- Free weekday delivery to your home or office in surrounding areas
- After-hours emergency service (as we have for 30+ years)
We’ll be trying this schedule through the summer and will reassess as we head back into cold and flu season.
