Stuart Burial Vaults will be accepting applications for Service Driver production and future growth. Seeking dependable employee to provide professional services to the Funeral industry.. Weekly Pay. PTO and Holiday Pay..Vision and Dental insurance.
Successful family owned burial vault business in Bremen, Ohio is seeking drivers to transport burial vaults and set up graveside services. All potential new hires must be able to pass a drug test. Driving record must be clear of moving violations for at least 3 years. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 75 lbs.
This position is a combination of both driving a company vehicle and manual labor performed at the cemetery. It is outside work regardless of the weather. Hours and days vary so applicants must be able to work a flexible work schedule. Must be available to work weekends as well.
Key functions of this position include, but are not limited to:
· Loading and unloading burial vaults and equipment
· Delivering vault to the cemetery using a company vehicle
· Setting up the equipment and installing the vault into the open grave
· Raising large tents if customer has requested them
· Preparing the graveside for the funeral service (placing artificial grass / chairs / chair covers)
· Sealing the vault after the funeral service and lowering it into the grave.
· Tearing down equipment, reloading the truck and returning to the warehouse
· Maintaining cleanliness of the truck and equipment
