Language Learning (Telegu)-though many we will work with know English. And we have several translators as well.
Team bond-get to know one another and each other's preferences, personalities, gifts, talents etc.
Hone in on team vision, purpose, focus (some focus(s) may change depending on the 'make up' of the team-but ALL will play an integral role in making an impact, serving and being a blessing on the team, as well as who we serve.
