We are STILL out of network with Humana. After they dissolved our network agreement in 2024, we have continued to bill out-of-network as a courtesy to our patients. However, your costs may be higher or not covered at all if your plan does not have out-of-network benefits. Please don't let a representative trick you into their advantage plan and check your provider coverage!

Here at CFP, we take pride in being the sole private practice in Marshall County that provides comprehensive care to patients across all stages of life, from obstetrics and newborns to whole families, end-of-life care, and nursing home care. We acknowledge the gravity of our responsibility to care for our community, and in some instances, this may necessitate temporary referrals to other healthcare providers.
In addition to our commitment to patient care, we also prioritize the well-being of our providers and staff. This may involve providing them with vacations, breaks, or periods of respite.
Currently, our obstetric care services are undergoing a temporary adjustment, as Dr. Laura Both will be taking a break from providing prenatal care and deliveries starting in September. Although she will continue to be available in the clinic on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for routine care, she will not be practicing obstetric care for at least a year. This decision will enable her to devote more time to her family as her daughter begins school.
Consequently, our practice will have two remaining providers, Dr. Jessica Laorden and Dr. Michael McClaid, who will continue to provide prenatal care and deliveries at CHB. If you require obstetric care, please contact our office to inquire about availability. We look forward to continuing to serve our community and appreciate the trust you have placed in us regarding your healthcare needs.

For your convenience, we can include this exam with your child's wellness visit.
A few of our providers are already booking out a month for wellness exams, so call us soon!

Get your medication refills in! We are open 8-5 tomorrow then closed on Thursday and Friday to enjoy our time with family and friends. One thing we are thankful for is our patients! We hope you cherish your time together with your loved ones as well.
