As we settle into this transitional space, this winter break for reset - we pause many of our weekly offerings to take time with family, in stillness and reflection.

The limited offerings for the remainder of 2026 will remain online for booking. We will return in the New Year to gather in warmth and kinship and until then may this season you find comfort in your quiet reflections, peace in your silent nights, stillness amidst the hustle and bustle. Slow to the speed of the season and remember protecting your spirit, your peace and the radiant compassionate being that IS YOU - that is the PRESENT. You are the gift.

Jessica will lead a transformative experience which includes deep self reflection, connection, gentle movement into a restorative Yoga Nidra meditation. Bring the gifts of your awareness into the new year as we winter over the seeds of our intentions. $30-$50 as you can

With gentle guidance you will put pen to paper to delve deeply into your heart’s desire as you set your personal Sankalpa. Then using our bodies in intentional somatic movement we set forth our meditation in motion. We will conclude with the experience of yoga nidra to deeply plant this seed in our conscience. Expect a deep sense of calm and personal connection to your intention as we begin our season of rest.
