Guys, guys, look what I made?!?! Omg soooooo fun! Right below Liz in Damariscotta is Addison - wanting to try my hand at jewelry again this class was AWESOME! I chose the 3 ring stacker class but it you want to join me for one, I’m definitely down to go again!!! Spinner rings next time!!

It never ceases to leave me in AWE at this incredible place and all those outstanding, talented, dedicated artists who are available to us to explore our creative expression, to hone skill and get curious with new mediums, new experiences and feel connected to the experience of living such a full, rich life!!!

Reiki Share Experience
Sunday March 15, from 1-4 pm.
If you are already certified in Reiki, curious to learn more, or simply want to receive, this afternoon event is for you.

I will offer a guided meditation with Reiki to begin, provide helpful insights and facilitation as we go, and support you feeling empowered and restored. If you’ve never had Reiki, just come to learn and receive this gentle support.

Reiki is an eastern healing technique that support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing and is deeply relaxing and restorative.

I’ve worked with over 300 people since 2017. During that journey, Reiki has shown us its subtle yet profound way of nurturing what we need, creating space for insights and clarity to come through, and opening us up to new possibilities in all areas of our lives and purpose.

There will be snacks and tea provided. Suggested donation range is $44-$77 for all participants and no one is turned away. Hope to see you there and much love,

Hey Live From Lovers!!!!

Congratulations Madison, Shae & Juni!!! grandbabies have arrived!!! Healthy twins and they are doing great!!

We have an opportunity to show up as a village to hold them as they adjust to having their hands full. Do you have the opportunity to feed them this week and as the weeks move forward? I’ll link the meal train schedule in our bio. Let’s nourish them as they settle in and love their growing family into being.

Meals can also be dropped off at Perch during regular business hours starting Friday at 8am 🥰😘😘
