Signature Healthcare of Bremen Hall of Fame 2025! What a pleasure it was honoring these deserving individuals & inducting them into our Hall of Fame.

Kimberli Augustine has dedicated over three decades to caregiving, specializing in Dementia and Alzheimer's care, and recently expanded her role to include supporting residents' physical and emotional well-being as a Restorative Aide. Known for her deep empathy, patience, and positive attitude, she creates a welcoming environment for both residents and colleagues. Kimm was recognized for her leadership, personal achievements and professional accomplishments.

Charlene Beery, a lifelong Indiana resident, devoted over 30 years to the Bremen School System, where her compassion, fairness, and dedication profoundly shaped generations of students. Beyond teaching, she expressed her creativity through arts, music, and volunteer work, touching countless lives with her warmth and generosity. Her life exemplifies service, curiosity, and community spirit, leaving a lasting legacy of kindness and commitment in Bremen. Charlene was recognized for her volunteerism, academic achievements and
professional accomplishments

Chris Watkins, originally from Cleveland, Ohio, built a fulfilling life in Mishawaka with his wife Julie and their three children. Upon retirement, he discovered a passion for serving others, which led him to volunteer at Signature Healthcare of Bremen. Known for his kindness, humor, and generosity, Chris has made a lasting impact on residents, staff, and the community through his selfless dedication and compassionate spirit. Celebrating Debbie Street – 35 Years of Dedication and Heart

After 35 wonderful years with Signature HealthCARE, Debbie Street, CEO of Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethton Rehab & Wellness Center is retiring.

Debbie began her journey with Signature in the Business Office and Human Resources, and over the years, her leadership and compassion have left an enduring impact on residents, staff, and the community she calls home.

“What I love most about Signature is our focus on residents’ happiness and staff engagement,” Debbie shares. “I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities for growth and learning that Signature HealthCARE has provided me. I’ve had the chance to collaborate with remarkable colleagues and be part of many exciting projects that have truly changed the landscape of long-term care.”

Having grown up in the Elizabethton community, Debbie has known many residents and their families personally. She treasures the moments spent listening to their life stories — moments that reflect the deep sense of family and connection that define Signature’s mission.

As she steps into retirement, Debbie looks forward to spending more quality time with her family, especially serving as her granddaughter’s chauffeur to school and sports. She also plans to indulge in her love for DIY projects, church work, and traveling — taking time to simply slow down and enjoy life’s blessings.

“I sincerely appreciate the relationships I’ve built and the experiences that have enriched my life,” Debbie says. “Thank you for the opportunities and trust you’ve placed in me during my 35 years. I wish Signature HealthCARE continued success. God bless.”
