1. Lifting heavy pans 🍳 – Bend your knees, not your back! Use both hands and keep the dish close to your body when lifting.

2. Prolonged standing while cooking πŸ§‘β€πŸ³β€“ Shift your weight often, wear supportive shoes, and take sitting breaks when you can!

3. Awkward sleep setups while traveling πŸ›Œ – Bring your own pillow for neck support and try to keep your spine neutral, even on the couch.

4. Slouching on the couch after dinner πŸ›‹οΈ – Sit upright with support at your low back and try to get up and stretch every 30–45 minutes.
