Top 5 Holiday Movements That Can Lead to Pain โ€” and How to Avoid Them! ๐Ÿฆƒ

1. Lifting heavy pans ๐Ÿณ โ€“ Bend your knees, not your back! Use both hands and keep the dish close to your body when lifting.

2. Prolonged standing while cooking ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿณโ€“ Shift your weight often, wear supportive shoes, and take sitting breaks when you can!

3. Awkward sleep setups while traveling ๐Ÿ›Œ โ€“ Bring your own pillow for neck support and try to keep your spine neutral, even on the couch.

4. Slouching on the couch after dinner ๐Ÿ›‹๏ธ โ€“ Sit upright with support at your low back and try to get up and stretch every 30โ€“45 minutes.

5. Sitting in traffic ๐Ÿš— โ€“ Adjust your car seat for good posture, support your lower back, and stretch before and after the drive.
