✨You can struggle and still be responsible tor your actions.
✨Self-awareness without change keeps you stuck.
✨You dont have to act on every emotion you feel.
✨Not every emotional reaction needs to be acted on.
✨Overthinking creates problems that aren't always there.
✨You can feel something deeply and still choose differently.
✨Being needed is not the same as being valued.
✨You can care about someone and still choose distance.
