Greetings Love,
This past week, I found myself in a familiar space.
Maybe you can relate.
My mind racing and relentless.
Saying things that are both absurd and somehow convincing.
My chest tight.
Heart pounding so loud I can hear it in my ears.
Everything in me bracing.
And this is humbling for me:
I have good tools.
Ones I trust that have carried me through a lot.
But in that moment?
Totally useless.
When that part of me takes over…
it is the only reality I can see.
The best word that describes it is hijacked.
Like most of me has gone offline…
and one scared, urgent part has grabbed the mic and refuses to let go.
That part cannot see clearly but it's convinced it has the answer. And because it's only a part, it can't have big picture solutions.
So nothing moves forward from there. It is a very uncomfortable stuck.
The shift only happens when I can make my way out, even slightly and become the observer.
When I can recognize:
“Oh...this is only part of who I am, but it's not all that I am."
And from there, something opens.
Now I can turn toward that part—not as the whole truth—but as a piece of me that is scared and trying.
And instead of arguing with it or trying to override it, I can meet it with presence and empathy. With a kind, steady grounded witnessing.
And that—more than any tool—is what begins to soften the grip.
This is the work people are talking about
when they say “parts work."
And I’ll be honest…I resisted it for a long time.
It felt inconvenient and slow when I just wanted to feel better now.
But if we are interested in something deeper than quick fixes…
if we are interested in liberation.
In a life that feels abundant and fully alive, this is a powerful path.
What might change if instead of trying to shut it down the inner voice of chaos…
you learned how to sit beside it?
If you’re tired of feeling like you lose yourself in those moments—
like something takes over and you can’t find your way back—
there is another way and I can show you how.
A place where all of you gets to come forward and experience integration.
When what you've been doing isn't working, there has to be another way. Let's find it together.
Fierce Love,
WAYS TO WORK WITH ME
❤️🔥BODYWORK - COME HOME TO YOURSELF
This isn’t just about relaxation—it’s about homecoming.
Through intuitive, healing touch, I listen with my hands to what your body needs in order to feel whole.
My work moves beyond muscles into the deeper layers of what’s underneath the pain, helping you release what’s held, reclaim what’s yours, and return to yourself in a profound way.
Clients often describe it as long-lasting, soul-level healing—not just a massage.
❤️🔥BREATHWORK - THE POWER OF BREATH
Your breath is the ultimate life hack. In just minutes, it can shift you from reactivity into response - ability. Out of spiraling emotions and back into clarity, calm, and presence.
Breathwork lowers anxiety, softens stress in the body, and restores your power to respond rather than react.
In guided sessions, we go deeper—safely meeting trauma, inviting transformation, and cultivating a grounded sense of who you are that lasts long after the practice ends.
Available one-on-one or in group sessions, in-person or online.
❤️🔥SEX, LOVE AND RELATIONSHIP COACHING - THE BRIDGE TO LOVE
Maybe you’re exhausted from doing all the “right” things and still ending up alone, misunderstood, or unfulfilled.
I help you trade drama for depth, confusion for clarity, and “is this all there is?” for “holy hell, this feels good.”
Together, we’ll bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be—into relationships that are nourishing, honest, sexy, and real.
And yes, sometimes that means going from tears to laughter, from heartbreak to holy fire, from lonely nights to swinging-from-the-chandelier mornings.
Available in-person and remotely.
❤️🔥FACILITATOR OF EROTIC AND SACRED SPACE
I create immersive, carefully held experiences where people can breathe, feel, learn, and remember what it means to be fully alive.
From corporate breathwork and nervous-system reset sessions to intimate salons on sexuality, rites of passage, and group ritual, these gatherings are designed to be safe, provocative, and deeply human.
This is ceremony for modern life — grounded, embodied, and exquisitely curated.
