Please consider bringing in canned goods on your next visit. All donations will be given to food pantries in our community to help those affected by the government shutdown and lapse of SNAP benefits. Any donation will receive a choice of either 2-4 complimentary hot stones or cupping to their service.

Last night after a morning weight lifting session and a busy day of amazing guests, I was starting to feel pain and discomfort in my left shoulder and rotator cuff. So we pulled out the cups! After a 10 minute cupping treatment and 20 minutes in the sauna, my shoulder is feeling right as rain this morning and ready to greet another full day of guests! Personal testament to two of my add on services - cupping and personal infrared sauna! ☺️

Set up for a chair massage in our sweet, cozy space today. Chair massage is a great alternative for people who have trouble lying down on the table. Chair massage is available to book for your event or also for businesses to treat their employees with a wellness day. Feel free to message us if you’re interested in hosting a chair massage event at your next gathering. ☺️
