“I know what I need to do.”

And they’re right.
Train.
Eat better.
Sleep more.
Stop nuking weekends.

Knowledge isn’t the issue.

The weight stays because consistency disappears the moment life gets busy, stressful, or inconvenient.

Couldn’t help but have Donovan on my mind today as I was playing with my little guy in the yard.

When he first came to us, he was in so much back pain that he couldn’t play with his kid when he wanted to.

Often times dads who are trying to lose weight they say they want to have better energy….

But what does better energy really mean?

It means having better experiences with your kids, and what does that lead to…?

Memories

And memories are what your kids will remember you as.

Don’t be the dad that can’t play with their kids because you are overweight and don’t have the energy to play with them.
