🎨🐾 Designs by Janvi artwork is heading to not one — but TWO incredible fundraisers on Saturday, February 28, 2026 — and my heart is so full.

From the very beginning, my art has been created with one purpose in mind: to help support animals in need. Every brushstroke, every sculpture, every piece is inspired by the souls who have changed my life — and giving back to rescues and shelters is always part of that mission. 💛

✨ 1. Unleashed – Dinner With Your Dog
Benefiting the Nashville Humane Association — the only gala in town where you don’t just dine for pets… you dine with them!
Cocktails, dinner, a celebrity & shelter dog runway show, silent auction, and so much more — all supporting homeless and adoptable pets.

🍾 2. 2026 Boxers and Bubbles – Boxer Bash
Hosted by Middle Tennessee Boxer Rescue, this sparkling evening of bubbles, bites, dancing, and a silent auction raises critical funds for rescued boxers in Middle Tennessee.

🎨 This exhibit is hosted by the Arts Council of Williamson County in conjunction with the First Friday Art Crawl, happening tomorrow Friday, September 5, 2025.

Feeling incredibly honored to be featured by Metro Parks Centennial Art Center for National Dog Month! 🐾✨

My journey with Designs by Janvi has been shaped by a life surrounded by animals — from over a decade fostering and rescuing dogs to a home now filled with foster cats and kittens. Every mixed media piece, polymer clay sculpture, and pet portrait I create is inspired by the joy, chaos, and unconditional love our animals bring us.

Still on cloud nine after heading to right after work and discovering that all 3 of my pieces had SOLD! 🍅✨

Braved the 100° heat, and joined what felt like all of Nashville out celebrating art, food, and pure tomato madness.

If you’ve never been, you have to check it out tomorrow—just to soak in the energy, creativity, and fun! 🎨❤️

On the carousel yesterday, I was riding a mermaid… and today, I’m sending one off to her forever home. 🐾🧜‍♀️

This whimsical Weimermaid is an older sculpture from my collection—one that never quite found the right fit until now. Maybe she was just waiting for the perfect person and the perfect moment. 💫

Hand-sculpted from polymer clay and adorned with natural textures, sea-toned details, and a touch of storytelling, she’s a sweet reminder that everything comes full circle—especially when art imitates life.

Thank you for supporting handmade art and giving this magical mermaid pup a new beginning. 🌊💜

🎨 Life’s been moving a little slower on the art front since adding a part-time job (and yes, the carousel music is still stuck in my head 🎠).

Finally sharing this from a few weeks back — spent time with a fellow artist who helped me dust off some old techniques.

On deck:
🐾 A Weimaraner carousel figure in progress,
🍅 A veggie-packed piece for the Tomato Art Show — every single vegetable in that bed is hand-sculpted (I’m officially cross-eyed from tiny veggie-making 🥴),
🥕 And a special piece for a dear friend celebrating farm-fresh goodness.

It’s slow, it’s steady, and it’s all made with love — even if my eyeballs need a break. 👀

Spotted in the wild!
I couldn’t stop smiling when I saw my handmade crawfish earrings being proudly worn at the 13th Annual Crawfish Boil today in Franklin! From lemon slices to buttery corn, every detail was sculpted with love—and seeing them out in the world made my artist heart so full.

Thank you to everyone who supports handmade art and wears it loud and proud!

My heart is bursting with joy and gratitude! I had the absolute honor of meeting the legendary Manuel Cuevas, whose iconic designs have dressed legends like Dolly Parton and Elvis Presley.

He and his incredibly kind wife Ofelia welcomed me with warmth and generosity—taking the time to look through my artwork, share stories, and offer heartfelt encouragement. Manuel even agreed to create a custom Sasha & Pippin shirt for me—I’m still pinching myself!

I also picked up a blank canvas jacket that I’ll be painting with the wonders of India as part of the “AMC for Peace, Love, and Unity” initiative—a global art project promoting peace and supporting children in need. Each hand-painted jacket will represent a different country, and the collection will travel the world as a symbol of hope and unity.

It was like being wrapped in the wisdom and kindness of a grandfather—what a gift. Feeling so blessed to be a small part of something so meaningful.
