Compassus was proud to honor Edward Cates, our hospice patient in Colorado Springs, CO, and a Vietnam veteran who served 30 years in the U.S. Air Force as a parachute jumper.

During a recent pinning ceremony, Edward was presented with a certificate, a pin and a challenge coin in appreciation of his service. Hospice Care Consultant Nathan Johnson, a U.S. Air Force servicemember, presented the honors to pay tribute.
