✨NEW NEWS!!✨ I am accepting new individual and group supervisees for Fall 2025!

I am a TN approved supervisor, have been licensed for 5 years as an LPC-MHSP, and have been practicing in the field in different capacities for the last 10 years.

My counseling style comes from a trauma informed, somatic and attachment focused lens, and weaves in experiential therapy techniques to help clients *feel* real change internally, not just behaviorally. This infuses my supervision style, and I hope that my supervisees feel seen and heard as they tackle tough cases, pursue clinical growth, all while finding their own unique style and voice in the therapy room.

Some of you remember our lovely intern, Foy, who observed and gave counseling at Enjoyco during her last semester at University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

We were both very pregnant at the time—Foy even missed a class I taught at her program because she was busy welcoming this little darling into the world! 😅😍🙌

It was a joy getting to see her in person, and have our sweet babies meet each other—finally!

Foy has graduated, passed all of her exams, and passed the boards. 🎉 She will soon be practicing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and a trusted referral partner with us for all things medication care.

We can’t wait for her to be official in the next few weeks!

As we both get back from maternity leave this Fall, we can’t wait to work together to serve you & greater Nashville community 🌇
