You don’t have to just relax on the table.

There’s an opportunity to learn how to come back to yourself.

That moment in a session—
when your body softens
your breath slows
and you realize…
“oh… I’m safe right now”

That moment can become a skill.

Because life isn’t calm.
You’ll leave the table and walk right back into stress, people, noise, responsibilities.

But what if that feeling didn’t have to stay on the table?

This work is shifting toward:
• gently disrupting stuck patterns
• supporting your nervous system in resetting
• offering tools to return to yourself

No extra pressure.
No overwhelming routines.

Just space to notice, feel, and respond differently.

Because you don’t need to be fixed.
There’s space here to explore what actually works for you.

✨ If this feels like something your body has been asking for, you’re always welcome here.

I’m changing my massage offerings—and here’s why.

I’m no longer offering deep tissue, and I’ve stepped away from branding my work as “myofascial release.”

Here’s the simple truth:
Deep tissue doesn’t agree with my hypermobile body—and I don’t want to push through something that doesn’t feel good, for me or for you.

Because you can feel that.

And you deserve better than that.

As for myofascial release—the work itself is powerful. I still use it.
But I’m no longer aligning with the way it’s taught or branded in certain spaces.

So what does this mean for you?

My sessions are becoming slower, more intentional, and more focused on your nervous system.

Less forcing.
More listening.
More pattern disruption.

You’ll still be held, supported, and worked on—but in a way that actually helps your body shift, not just tolerate pressure.

If you’ve ever left a session thinking
“that felt good… but nothing really changed”

This is for you.

👉 If you’re curious about this approach, I’d love to work with you. Keep an eye out for service descriptions as we slowly roll them out 🖤✨

Calm isn’t instant.
Patterns in your body and brain keep you stuck.

Step into tiny discomfort. Notice. Decide. Repeat.
You don’t need perfect tools. You always have yourself.

Micro-movement → micro-habit change → real calm.

Save this for when life feels messy. Follow for practical nervous system work that actually works

Last night I took a class with the ever lovely .seed for this months astrology goings on. And she passed on a thought to us that I’d like to invite you to ponder on.

“Feel what you feel; let tears cleanse, not eclipse you. Let old stories soften your edges. Let yourself dream into the life your higher self would choose. Believe in that vision-just enough for it to grow roots (neuroplasticity)”

Where can you soften? Where can you let yourself dream a little bigger?

If you feel like sharing, leave some answers in the comments, shoot me a message, or just keep it to yourself. It’s not a challenge, simply an invitation to soften the walls we have around us.

Tuning forks + fascia.
I’ve used tuning forks in sessions for a while now, but something clicked for me in a deeper way this week.

I had an aha moment in the woods the other day—one of those quiet nudges that said, go look this up. I wanted to know if anyone had actually explored the relationship between fascia, the lymphatic system, and sound in a structured way.

So I marched myself (and the dogs) out to the magic box
I found exactly one resource.
I bought it immediately.

I read 135 pages on how fascia and lymph respond to vibration, and then—carefully, intentionally—I put my husband on the table for 10 minutes.

He had just come from the gym and was worried his lower back was about to give out again. Out of caution, we kept the session short. Using palpation, we located small fluid pockets in the low back and placed tuning forks there. As we worked, subtle red patterns began to spread, and we followed what the tissue was showing us.

I asked him to stand up and tell me honestly how it felt.

He said it wasn’t 100%—but he didn’t feel the need to go to the chiropractor.
Three days later, he’s still doing well.

We’ll do a longer session this weekend and see how the body responds over time. I’m approaching this with curiosity, respect, and a lot of listening.

If you’re interested in exploring tuning fork work—especially for fascia, lymph, or nervous system support—I’m opening space for practice sessions. I’m looking for a variety of bodies and experiences to learn from.

We’re quick to name where the body hurts.

Last year, mine struggled—an arch collapse, knee pain, a seized glute, a torn groin.

And still, it carried me.

It didn’t need judgment. It needed patience, attention, and care.

When we only speak of breakdown, we forget how much resilience lives in the body.

This understanding shapes how I work—with respect for what the body is already doing.

This is bodywork as relationship.

I’m a sunrise girly. Always have been.
Quiet roads. Cold air. That first pop of color before the world wakes up.

On January 1, 2026, we pulled up to the parkway, took one look at the crowd of other sunrise people, and said no thank you. Instead, we found a small pull-off on the way down — one I’ve always thought would be perfect.

We stayed in the car at first. The wind was sharp. But when the colors really started to bloom, I had to step out.

The sunrise was perfect.
My hair was unbrushed.
My smile was real.

And if you look closely, you’ll see something else too — trash. Literal trash on the ground. Bottles, cans, the remnants of someone else’s night. I couldn’t safely pick it up or carry it out, but instead of feeling disgusted, it felt… fitting.

2025 was a year of clearing clutter. Physically, emotionally, energetically. How many times can you purge a house and move in a single year? But the most important trash I left behind wasn’t stuff — it was the mental noise, the outdated stories, the weight that kept me from seeing beauty clearly.

Letting that go made space.
Space to notice the light.
Space to stay tender while still fighting for a world that works for all people.

So this is your invitation:
Leave some trash on the table.
Set down what doesn’t belong to you anymore.
Walk into this year with a little less clutter in your body and a little more room to breathe.

The sun will meet you there. 🌅✨
And if you’re craving less clutter and more clarity, you’re my people.

2025.
Year of the Snake.

The year that, I thought, was meant to be mine.
And in many ways, it was.
It just wasn’t easy.

This season is loud with new year, new me energy and reminders not to burn out. I’m not here for any of that. I’m here to say: we made it.

2025 was polarizing—inside and out. There were distractions, grief, exhaustion, and moments it felt easier to let go than to keep going. But if you’re here reading this, then we didn’t disappear. We stayed. And that matters.

This year showed me how resilient we actually are.

I’ve moved through a lot personally, and I’ve been deeply honored to witness what so many of you have been carrying. Thank you for trusting me with your stories, even in small, unplanned moments. I’ve been held by community more than I can say, and I hope to return that care many times over.

I believe the skin we shed this year is making room for something beautiful. I’m stepping into 2026 with clear eyes—no illusions that it will be easy, but a renewed commitment to stop bargaining with my own excuses. I’m getting crystal clear on what I want and how I show up for it.

I’m excited to see where this work lands—in my relationships, in my practice, and in how I serve. In the coming months, I’ll be offering goal-setting sessions to help us get clear, stay supported, and move toward the lives we’re actually trying to build.

Here’s to shedding, grounding, and becoming.

Thank you so much to each and everyone of you for showing up as you are everyday. 🖤
