We at ELEVATE Physical Therapy are excited to offer our services to the residents of Brevard, NC and Transylvania County. With over 25 years of experience serving Western North Carolina, our therapists are experts in evidence-based treatments used to relieve musculoskeletal pain and loss of function associated with arthritis and immobilization after fractures. We utilize the most up to date protocols for post-surgical care of the shoulders, knees, hips and spine. Our therapists have extensive experience in treating patients with gait and balance disorders, and they are experts in the treatment of vertigo; providing immediate relief from dizziness and imbalance with gentle, non-invasive, long-lasting treatments.
