🏋🎆 Brewer, Maine! Exciting news... Thrive Pelvic PT and Adam Clark Fitness are offering a workshop!🏋🎆

When: Next Tuesday, October 21st @ 6:30 PM
Where: Adam Clark Fitness

Do you like to exercise, or have a desire to exercise, but feel held back by something? Do you exercise through the symptoms? Do you experience leakage of urine, of bowels, have back, hip or pelvic pain.... even foot discomfort? Do you experience a heavy sensation in your personal area? Are you trying to navigate a postpartum recovery?

The list can go on! But if you struggle with any of the above, and wonder if you have to live with it; join us Tuesday to learn that there is indeed help for these struggles!

A little over a week since our trip to Pelvicon. The energy and passion by the presenters and other practitioners was palpable and contagious. We do what we do for… you! Bringing back updated pelvic health knowledge and techniques to our clients is of top priority. We are grateful to serve our Thrive community! Now let’s get to work. 🎉👊💪

Every person is unique. 🏋🏻‍♀️ Your life experiences are unique. ☀ How you experience pain is unique as well. ⏰ You and your body tell the story of your life. In Pelvic PT, we tune in, we assess, game plan and work together to help you achieve your goals. 💪

A common question is "how long will this take?" This is an important question, but there is not one explicit answer. I will say this: if you don't start, you will never know the freedom from your symptoms that will occur! Commit to the process. Stay the course. Let's get to work.

✌ Two years! Where does the time go!? ⏳

The idea of Thrive had been in the imaginations of Lindsey and Derrick since 2014.

With the passing of time ⏰, the gaining of experience, continued specialization education, and a lot of motivation, we were able to bring Thrive to life, for you!

We are so grateful, and thankful, to our patients, and to our supportive friends and family. It is fun to watch your story unfold and to be a part of your healing journey!

We want Pelvic Physical Therapy to be a go-to resource for our community!

We want you to receive care how you should be treated, to be heard, to get to work right away, and for you to have one-on-one time with your Physical Therapist for optimal gains!
