How would you like to work 3.5 days a week but be paid for a full week? How about having a total of 6 weeks paid time off?
Smile Docs is looking to add a dental assistant to our team.

TODAY IS DR. TONY’S BIRTHDAY! If you see him in the office or out and about today be sure to sing the bday song at the top of your lungs (since he likes birthdays so much 😳😬😬)!

When one of our pts travels internationally for work and has a tight schedule Dr. Tony goes on the road. Check out his stylish glasses, he packed everything he needed except his glasses 🤦🏻 Thankfully, his patient was kind enough to loan her readers! She’s been waiting a year to have her implants restored and the braces were in the way so he drove to Bar Harbor to make it happen.

Point of clarification: Adult new patient exams require a $175 deposit made at the time the appointment is booked.

This deposit will be applied towards the cost of treatment as a new patient exam is done as a courtesy.

This policy has come to be in response to a growing trend of adult patients booking, confirming and then no-showing for their exam.

Each new patient exam is 1 hour the entire office is shut down for just that one patient. With even 24hr notice we can typically fill these appointments, but to no show after confirming is 1 hour lost.

1970 Philadelphia this young lady would flirt with Dr. Liberatore and make his cheese steak extra when he would stop in for lunch between classes. A few years later she ultimately would move to Maine to goto school and be close to my dad! Happy birthday to Smile Docs OG office manager! Love you mom! And she designed and served as the General Contractor for 219 Chamberlain St!

The day a patient starts treatment they are asked to save Dr. Tony’s cell phone number in their phone. Not every text/call results in a “parking lot consult” each one results in peace of mind. Todays PLC was between classes at Titan Athletics as this young patient was on his way to Kobe for lunch with a poking wire. That poking wire was the result of a tooth lining up straighter than expected so he was extra smiles! Posted with parent and pt’s permission. And yes Dr Tony keeps instruments gloves and masked in his truck.

“If it isn’t in your FACE it is in your CASE!”

Jar O’shame gained 2 more victims this week. People often laugh when we say Dogs Cats and dishwashers are the top 3 destroyers of retainers. To a dog your saliva-coated retainer smells like a tasty treat plus dogs want to be like their owners! So your doggo is either hungry or curious about having straight teeth! Fun-fact: Dr. Tony BUYS broken retainers in the form of a credit towards the replacement ones!
