Hey Soma Friends! As I'm sure most of you are aware, we have had a no show/last minute cancellation policy in effect for several years now. 100% charge for no shows and 50% charge for last minute (within 24 hours) We try to make it convenient for clients as we send a confirmation email and a reminder text a full 48 hours ahead of time. Lately, it has been becoming an issue again. I know that you all have important things come up and sometimes making an appointment is difficult, however, notice is still required. Just as you have jobs you like to get paid for, so do we. This is our livelihood and how we pay our bills. We will be getting credit card info or prepayment on all our appointments and appreciate your understanding and consideration. Thank you for continuing to be our wonderful clients!
