We are now offering Pelvic Floor Rehab!

Please join us in welcoming Claire Demartino, PT, DPT to the Performance family! Claire will be based in our Brewer clinic and will begin seeing patients starting April 20th.

We are excited to be able to expand our services to better support the needs of our community. This specialized care can make a meaningful difference for so many, and we’re thrilled to bring it to our patients.

11 years ago, we opened the doors to Performance Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab, inc. with a simple mission: help people move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love pain free.

Today, we’re celebrating 11 years of serving this incredible community.
