While I relish the festive spirit, I also recognize the potential concerns surrounding overindulgence and its effects on fitness and nutrition goals. To navigate this challenging period, consider the following tactics:
• Eating a healthy, protein-forward snack prior to attending a party can reduce temptation.
• Hydrating between alcoholic beverages decreases consumption and minimizes morning-after discomfort.

Now that the weather is getting warmer I start to crave food that I don’t have to cook! This has been my new go to breakfast. Not only does it fill me up, it checks all the boxes for a balanced, macro friendly meal.
Ingredients:
•1 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt
•1 serving favorite vanilla protein powder or flavor of your choice (I use Flavcity protein)
Mix the yogurt & protein powder together for a creamy texture
•1/2 cup each berries
•1/2 medium bananas
•1/3 cup Purely Elizabeth Grain Free granola
•drizzle of all natural nut butter

The truth about weight loss after 40 that no one talked about 👇🏼

You’re doing everything right
✅ Counting calories
✅ Eating less
✅ Working out harder

Yet you’re seeing the scale continue to creep up.

I get it. I was there too after turning 44. It was like I was programmed to hold onto weight, especially around my midsection. I was puffy and bloated, no matter what I tried.
