Here's the New Years Resolution mistakes you won't see me making. These are the same ones I tell my clients to avoid too!
After the holidays and lots of indulgences, its easy to want to go the complete opposite direction. Only problem is, it doesn't take into account real life.
Here's what you won't see me doing in 2026 ➡️
❌ 75 Hard or any other super restrictive program. 2 workouts a day??? Some days I can't even squeeze in one!
✅ Instead I’ll be prioritizing strength training with moderate intensity cardio and balancing out my week with core & mobility training. All available on my website 💪🏻
❌Speaking of restrictive, same goes for eating. I won’t be giving up carbs or restricting any food groups for that matter.
✅ Instead, I’ll be eating protein, fiber, and healthy fats. Even carbs! Just making sure they are paired with fiber and protein to keep my insulin levels stable.
❌ Perfection, the all or nothing mindset
✅ Instead, I'm making good choices, setting intentions, and giving myself grace when life gets hectic.
