Thank you for your coats and kindness during our Social Series. We collected three boxes of coats for our local shelter, and we are continuing to receive donations. Our residents stayed warm in colorful scarves and hats while enjoying a wonderful performance by the talented Mr. Howard Cohen.
It was a warm, joyful, and successful event.

Happy Veterans Day!

We had the honor of welcoming Deputy Mayor Peter Chatzky, Briarcliff Village Trustee Kevin Hunt, and Assemblywoman Dana Levenburg to our Veterans Day celebration.

We began with a special Veterans Day brunch, followed by a heartfelt pinning ceremony honoring our brave Veterans. We ended the day with a wonderful performance by the one and only Richard Frank.

This was truly one of the most special occasions we’ve had in our community. Thank you to everyone who helped make this day so meaningful for our amazing Veterans.

Today, we celebrate our heroes – the men and women whose courage, sacrifice, and love for country remind us of the true meaning of freedom.

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming Ms. White and her creative writing class from Briarcliff Middle School to our community. This marks the beginning of a wonderful new partnership between our incredible residents and these talented young students.

It was a heartwarming experience—students shared poems, read stories, and connected in meaningful ways with our residents. One especially touching moment was when Anna, one of our residents, met a student who speaks her native language, Taiwanese.

We’re so grateful for this opportunity to build bridges between generations, and today was a beautiful reminder of the joy and connection that can come from simply sharing our stories. We’re already looking forward to the next visit!
