On Tuesday, September 9, AMIB’s Program Managers and Relief Managers came together at the Lakewood Library for our September Program Manager Meeting!

It was a valuable opportunity to connect, collaborate, and share updates as we continue working together to support individuals across Ocean and Monmouth County.

A special highlight of the day was the recognition of 14 Program Managers for their outstanding contributions. We are deeply grateful for their dedication and commitment to AMIB’s mission.

We are proud to highlight Samantha Feinen, AMIB’s Human Resources Manager, as our Employee Spotlight!

Samantha has been with AMIB for over 2 years and has quickly become a cornerstone of our team. She brings over 10 years of HR leadership and policy development experience, with a strong background in the non-profit sector, supporting people with disabilities.

At AMIB, she uses her expertise to support both employees and the organization as a whole. Known for her dedication to employee relations and professional growth, Samantha excels in recruitment and retention, compliance, performance management, and conflict resolution. She is passionate about creating procedures and solutions that not only strengthen AMIB’s workforce but also foster a supportive, inclusive environment where employees can thrive.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Samantha has organized Rock 2 Adopt, a music festival and adoption event that helps connect shelter pets with forever homes. She is also a veteran singer and musician, sharing her love of music both on stage and in the community.
