Join us for a deeply restorative evening combining Yin Yoga led by Caroline Cassidy and acupuncture with licensed acupuncturist, Sam Bahr L.Ac.

You will be guided through a series of gentle, supported Yin postures held for several minutes to release tension and create ease in the deep connective tissues of the body. Class will end with an extended Savasana, including restorative acupuncture points to promote total relaxation.
