🍏 Apple Cranberry Chicken Slow Cooker🍏
3 lbs. of chicken breast, cut into cubes
½ butternut squash or 1 large sweet potato, cubed
1 onion, diced
1 apple, peeled, cored, and sliced
1 orange, peeled and sliced
1 cup cranberries
1 cup broth
1 garlic clove, diced
1/3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp of black pepper
Handful of fresh parsley (optional)
Place all the above ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook low for 6 hours and high for 3-4 hours, turning as you go.
