🍏 Apple Cranberry Chicken Slow Cooker🍏

3 lbs. of chicken breast, cut into cubes
½ butternut squash or 1 large sweet potato, cubed
1 onion, diced
1 apple, peeled, cored, and sliced
1 orange, peeled and sliced
1 cup cranberries
1 cup broth
1 garlic clove, diced
1/3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp of black pepper
Handful of fresh parsley (optional)

Place all the above ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook low for 6 hours and high for 3-4 hours, turning as you go.

🌲 Try My Holiday Carrot Apple Soup🌲

6 medium carrots, shredded
3-4 medium to large potatoes or 1 head of cauliflower, cut into
florets
2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 cups of bone broth
2 cups of water
1/3 tsp of nutmeg
1/3 tsp of cinnamon
3/4 cup non-dairy or dairy milk

In a large pot, put shredded carrots, potatoes, apples, onion, broth,
water, nutmeg,g and cinnamon. Bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat,
stirring occasionally. Once the vegetables are tender, remove
them from the heat and blend them in portions in a blender. Clean the
pot and put the blended mixture back into the clean pot and onto
the stove. Return to medium to low heat and add milk, mixing as
you add. Let simmer and serve hot.

Here’s what you’ll need for the 💖 PEPPERMINT MOCHA FRAPPuccino:

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup freshly brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup of non-dairy or regular milk
- 1 tablespoon 100% maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp pure peppermint extract
- 1 1/2 cups of ice

Directions:
Just toss all those ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth! Pour it into your favorite glass or mug, and feel free to top it with coconut whipped cream, crushed peppermint, or even sprinkle in some collagen peptide powder. If you like it sweeter, add a little more maple syrup or monk fruit; want it extra chocolatey? Just throw in more cacao or a splash more coffee for a stronger kick.

Nutrition Info:
Makes 1 serving - just 50 calories, 8g carbs, 0.9g fat, and 0.8g protein.
