We are still here !!
Optum is winding down its specialty practices in NJ, including Endocrinology effective 11/30/25. I want you to know that I will remain in the same office locations caring for the community with the same passion, care and availability that you expect.
We expect to complete the transition and formally re-open in early February. All refills for the next 3-6 months will be sent to your pharmacy. Contacting us via patient portal is the most efficient way to get in touch with us.
As details are finalized, I will be contacting many of you personally to update you via calls and text as well. We expect the phone and fax number to remain the same after the transition. I will also be posting a personal phone number to contact me here and on my Google page in case you need assistance during this transition period.
