While many hands across our community deliver day-to-day services, this management team ensures every department is aligned, supported, and focused on helping our residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

We are proud to share that Complete Care at Laurelton is a CMS 5-Star Quality Measures–rated facility, reflecting our commitment to strong outcomes and consistent, resident-focused care. Laurelton also features all private beds on our subacute unit, giving patients a quieter, more personal and comfortable environment for recovery.

And coming in early 2026, we will proudly unveil our newly renovated Memory Care unit — a thoughtfully designed space that will provide a warm, safe, and supportive setting for residents living with cognitive changes.
