Calling all local businesses! Book your holiday parties now! Chair massage is a healthy alternative to pizza and junk food in the break room. It also helps keep the stress levels down making happier employees 😁

$125 an hour up to 3 hours.
If 3hr session is booked fee goes down to $100 an hour.

Sessions are between 5-15 min each depending on size of staff.

Each month, I will offer two donation-based somatic bodywork sessions for members of our community who are experiencing financial hardship or going through a tough season.

These sessions are designed to offer safe, grounded nervous system support and deep restoration for those who may not otherwise have access.
