🎉💖 Today, we celebrate a milestone that feels both monumental and surreal—my firstborn daughter turns 20! It’s hard to believe that two decades have flown by since you entered this world, turning my life into a beautiful tapestry of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

From the moment you took your first breath, I knew you would be extraordinary. Watching you grow from a curious little girl into a remarkable young woman has been one of my greatest joys.

* Start the day with a glass of room temperature water , add lemon for more added benefits.

* Support your agni with regular meals, and make lunch the main event.

* Get outside and acclimated to the environment around you, a nice walk in nature.

Is anyone else in deep soul reflection? All this residual emotional energy left from all those retros 🤪
Love has a way of reflecting our true selves back to us, to see our strengths, vulnerabilities, and the depth of our emotions. Like a mirror, right? love can reveal our innermost thoughts and feelings that we might not recognize on our own. It challenges us to grow and understand ourselves more fully.

I'm in this if it isn't nourishing me , it has to go era...
And I'm constantly learning and relearning to love myself more fiercely ...

It feels so good to let go and let the lazy river of the universe guide you...
