Today we remember the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. 🇺🇸

Memorial Day isn’t just a long weekend—it’s a time to reflect on the bravery, selflessness, and service of the men and women who never made it home. Their courage is the reason we get to enjoy the simple, everyday moments with our families, care for our communities, and live in freedom.

We’re so excited to welcome Kelsey back to OSH Chiropractic Clinic — and to officially introduce her newest (and cutest!) addition, baby Lenora!

We’ve missed Kelsey’s bright energy at the front desk and are thrilled to have her back. Thank you to all of our amazing patients for your patience during her leave — with Kelsey back, appointment availability is opening up and things will be running even smoother!

Did you know your baby’s cranial bones shift and overlap during birth to help them pass through the birth canal? (And thank goodness they do, am I right?) Normally, they return to their normal position within a few days—mostly through sucking. But if labor was long, baby was malpositioned, or birth required a C-section, forceps, or vacuum, things don’t always reset as they should.

This can lead to:
⚡️Difficulty latching
⚡️Excessive need to suck
⚡️Clicking while nursing, reflux, or gassiness
⚡️Tension in the jaw, neck, and cranial bones

This is where chiropractic care can make a huge difference! Gentle adjustments can relieve tension and restore natural movement, making feeding easier for both baby and mom.

💡Working with an IBCLC (lactation consultant) alongside chiropractic care can provide even more support, helping you and your baby navigate feeding challenges with confidence.
