📢Leaking in ANY WAY... is still a problem!

Everyday... I hear.. well, only when I sneeze.

I'm here to tell you... "only when you sneeze" is the beginning of a huge problem!

Young or old... it is NEVER too late to start therapy.

2. Get closed out of the open birth position (if you have ever had a pregnancy 🤰 this needs to happen 1st.
3. Get your pelvic floor assessed for tightness/strength/prolapse.
4. Get an individual PLAN for YOU!

Here’s a clean, practical checklist you can use to compare Rooted Physical Therapy with any other clinic for pelvic-health concerns.
Keep it focused and direct so you can spot real differences quickly!

Pelvic Health Clinic Comparison Checklist
1. Clinical Expertise
- Does the clinic have pelvic-floor–trained therapists (not just general PTs who “also treat pelvic health”)?

- Does the clinician regularly treat your specific concern (pelvic pain, prolapse, incontinence, pregnancy, postpartum, pediatric, etc.)?

- Does the clinic offer internal pelvic-floor assessment if clinically appropriate?

2. Session Structure
- Are sessions 100% one-on-one with the same therapist?

- How long is each session (Rooted offers longer, dedicated visits)?

- Will you avoid being handed off to techs or bounced between providers?

3. Treatment Style
- Is care individualized or based on standard exercise sheets?

- Do they treat beyond the pelvic floor (breath, core strategy, hips, posture, nervous system, lifestyle contributors)?
