Spring is officially in bloom at Sound Coffee 🌸🌿 Our Spring 2026 Drink Menu just dropped and every drink was crafted in house with the same care we put into every cup.

Electric Bloom (iced only)
A bright and refreshing mix of strawberry syrup, rhubarb bitters, matcha, and tonic water. Light, sparkling, and slightly tart, finished with a dusting of strawberry powder for that extra pop of flavor.

Golden Groove (iced only)
Comforting but unique. This one starts with our house made carrot cake syrup paired with espresso and your milk of choice. We garnish it with black walnut bitters and finish it with a rich cream cheese cold foam for a dessert-like sip.

Honey Harmony
Floral and smooth. House made lavender syrup and honey come together with espresso and milk of choice, topped with bee pollen for a subtle sweetness and a beautiful finish.

Citrus Spark (iced only)
A super refreshing non-coffee option. House made iced jasmine tea mixed with lychee syrup, yuzu, and tonic water, garnished with dried citrus for a bright and bubbly spring drink.

We’re also stocked with our house made syrups: caramel, carrot cake, cinnamon, honey, lavender, lychee, mocha, simple, strawberry, vanilla, and sugar free vanilla.

Our story

About 10 years ago my mother-in-law gave me green coffee beans for Christmas, along with home roasting instructions she printed off the Internet. She said, “I know how much you love coffee, so I thought you might enjoy roasting the beans yourself. They say fresh roasted coffee tastes better.” I started with an old 1980s popcorn popper I bought on eBay that held less than half a cup of beans at one time. Before long, I was hooked. I went from being someone who always needed a splash of milk in my coffee to drinking it black because the freshness and the flavor really are that much better. Soon enough, I invested in a Gene Cafe home roaster so I could roast a higher quantity of beans and better control roasting outcomes. I’ve been regularly roasting quality, socially-conscious beans ever since. I enjoy sharing my love of fresh roasted, quality coffee with friends old and new, which is why I started Buena Vista Coffee Roasters.
