Fall Drinks Start This Sunday! We know. It seems wildly implausible that Summer is dissipating in the fading light of our seasonal rear view mirror. The good news? Fall Drinks are here.

Fuzz crunch. House made Pecan syrup, milk of choice and espresso, garnished with graham cracker crumbs (syrup contains dairy).

Overdrive. House made pumpkin spice, choice of milk and espresso, garnished with cinnamon powder (syrup contains dairy).

Reverb bloom. House made miso maple syrup, milk of choice and espresso, garnished with black sesame seeds.

Tape loop. Apple cider, oat milk, ginger honey syrup garnished with cinnamon powder.

Our story

About 10 years ago my mother-in-law gave me green coffee beans for Christmas, along with home roasting instructions she printed off the Internet. She said, “I know how much you love coffee, so I thought you might enjoy roasting the beans yourself. They say fresh roasted coffee tastes better.” I started with an old 1980s popcorn popper I bought on eBay that held less than half a cup of beans at one time. Before long, I was hooked. I went from being someone who always needed a splash of milk in my coffee to drinking it black because the freshness and the flavor really are that much better. Soon enough, I invested in a Gene Cafe home roaster so I could roast a higher quantity of beans and better control roasting outcomes. I’ve been regularly roasting quality, socially-conscious beans ever since. I enjoy sharing my love of fresh roasted, quality coffee with friends old and new, which is why I started Buena Vista Coffee Roasters.
