Bridge House is a psychosocial rehabilitation program, which is dedicated to helping each member achieve a life filled with hope, dreams, and a meaningful and rewarding place in the community in which to live and work.

A big thank you to Optimum Business and the Bridgeport Regional Business Council for awarding Bridge House with the 'Lifting up Small Businesses Connecticut' grant for the start of our Hydroponics garden.
