What do Black Rock Pilates Instructors do for FUN on a Friday night?
First- Shoulder workshop with our amazing PT/Pilates Instructor Christine Cremin. She guided us on how to work with clients with Shoulder limitations and impingements, what is the proper placement (and recognizing everybody is unique) and when and how do build strength or hold back.... All the things we LOVE to learn about! Yup we are NERDS.
Next- Food/Fun/Wine (ask Casey about the accidental tequila)
So blessed to have a crew of AMAZING SMART and CARING Pilates Instructors and Staff to spend our working hours and (after hours) with!

Due to the upcoming storm we are CLOSING THE STUDIO Sunday 1/26. On Monday 1/27, we have canceled the 6:15am and 8:30am classes at this point.

We’ll update you here about the rest of Monday’s schedule.
