🌟 Care Campaign Spotlight: Meet Tasha Jones 🌟
Meet Tasha Jones, a true example of growth, compassion, and dedication within our Panhandle Support Services family.
Tasha began her caregiving journey in 2018 while caring for her in-laws, which quickly turned into a passion for helping others. She later supported multiple clients across West Virginia and consistently went above and beyond. During a time when the water was contaminated, Tasha brought water to her clients on her own, showing the kind of heart and initiative that defines great caregivers.
In her early days, Tasha learned how important it was to understand each client’s routine and preferences. Once she found her rhythm, she discovered how rewarding it was to simply be there for others and provide support, whether it was in the care plan or not.
Over the years, Tasha has grown within the company, starting as a caregiver, becoming a Care Coordinator in 2023, and now serving as a Branch Supervisor in 2025. She credits Christen Welch for being a strong source of support and guidance throughout her journey.
Today, Tasha enjoys the fast-paced nature of her role while continuing to make a difference by supporting both clients and caregivers and building connections in the community.
Her advice to others is simple: be confident, embrace change, and give yourself grace as you grow.
