Sharing a little practice update 💛

I’ve opened a new office location at 19 Church Hill Road in Newtown, CT and will be seeing clients in person on Thursdays. Since telehealth is still what most folks request, we’re starting with one in-person day and seeing how it goes.

I’m also excited to share that I have a couple of amazing clinicians joining my practice (virtually, evenings and weekends). I’ve been very intentional about who I bring on and have carefully selected clinicians who align with my values and the kind of care I provide. I’ll be sharing more about them soon.

If you’ve been hoping for face-to-face sessions with me, this is your sign 😊 Telehealth remains available as always.

I’m so thankful for the opportunity to join The Alliance for Community Empowerment staff and parents for a meaningful conversation around trauma, resilience, and supporting our children and families. It was truly a pleasure to facilitate such a thoughtful, open, and compassionate discussion.

I’m deeply appreciative of the space that was created to listen, learn, and reflect together, conversations like these remind me how powerful community education can be when we lead with curiosity, care, and respect.
