We celebrated World Health Day at PC Cumberland with knowledge, movement, and plenty of fun! 🌍💙

The day began with an inspiring discussion on healthy habits and the importance of staying active, led by our Director of Nursing, Jessica, and Director of Rehab, Will. Residents then enjoyed a lively Zumba session that brought smiles, energy, and lots of movement throughout the room 💃✨

To finish, everyone enjoyed fresh smoothies and fruit prepared by our Food Service Director, Pete 🍓🥤—a perfect and refreshing way to wrap up a day focused on wellness.

Here’s to feeling good, staying active, and supporting one another on the journey to better health!

We thank her for everything she does to keep our residents and staff safe, healthy, and well cared for each day. Her hard work, dedication, and attention to detail never go unnoticed and we are lucky to have her as part of our team!
