Gateway Wellness Center’s Youth Employment Summer Program is now open for youth in Cumberland & Salem County entering 9th–12th grade!

This summer program runs June through August, Monday–Thursday from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, and includes a bi-weekly stipend.

Participants will gain:
✨ Real work experience
✨ Job readiness and life skills
✨ Teamwork and leadership development
✨ Resume-building opportunities

This is a great opportunity for youth to grow, gain experience, and prepare for their future.

🎨Our Art for All event is a free, inclusive painting experience for youth ages 10–17 at Squirrel’s Nest Art Studio. This event is designed to create a supportive, welcoming space for youth with cognitive and behavioral disabilities, including ADHD and autism, while remaining open to all youth in the community.
Participants will have the option to follow guided, step-by-step painting instructions or choose free painting to express their creativity in their own way. All art supplies and materials will be provided, and light refreshments will be available.
Our goal is to create an inclusive environment where every young person can explore creativity, build confidence, and have fun through art.

🎤Community Wellness Open Mic Night!🎤
Join us for a night of creativity, connection, and community! Whether you sing, read poetry, play music, tell stories, perform comedy, or share another talent — all talents are welcome.
This event is a partnership between the Healthy Inclusive Communities Program (supporting individuals with cognitive and behavioral disabilities) and Recovering Hope & Wellness (supporting individuals in substance use recovery). While these programs are helping host the event, everyone in the community is welcome to attend or perform.
⚠️ Please note: Some performances may include mature or personal topics, so this event is intended for a more adult audience.

We’re grateful for every connection made and every person who stopped by to learn more about wellness and support. Together, we’re breaking the stigma and building stronger, healthier communities!

🎉 Gateway Wellness Center Youth Trip Recap! 🎉

This past Friday, we had the privilege of taking 150 amazing kids from to Dave & Buster’s for an evening of fun, games, and good food! 🎮🍴✨

It was incredible to watch our youth enjoy themselves, build friendships, and create lasting memories in a safe and positive environment. 💙

We’re so grateful for the continued support that makes experiences like this possible. Together, we’re investing in our youth and strengthening our community.
