As a resident of Missouri, you and/or your family member may be eligible to receive Consumer Directed Services (CDS). CDS, is a program funded through the Missouri’s MoHealthNet Medicaid program to help adults with physical disabilities take control of their own care within their home, this may help prevent or delay hospital/nursing home admissions

To be be eligible for Consumer Directed Services the Participants must:
✔️Have active MoHealth Medicaid
✔️Be at least 18 years of age
✔️Have a physical disability
✔️Have the ability to self-direct your own care.

In recognition of Black History Month, we honor Dr. William Augustus Hinton. A bacteriologist, pathologist and educator. He was the first Black professor in the history of Harvard University. He is also pioneer in the field of public health. Hinton developed a test for syphilis called the Hinton test which has been adopted and is still currently used by the United States Public Health Service.
