Community Health Care, Inc. , now known as CompleteCare Health Network began its mission in Cumberland County in 1973 as the first Federally Qualified Healthcare Center in that region. Initially just two clinical sites, CCHN has expanded to nineteen sites that provide healthcare to three southern New Jersey counties: Cumberland, Gloucester and Cape May. CCHN provides a comprehensive array of primary care services: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Counseling Services, Podiatry, Nephrology, Infectious Disease, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Optometry, Dental and HIV Services. In 2018 CompleteCare saw over 61,780 patients for 265,882 visits.
