Black Balloon Day is observed annually on March 6 to honor those lost to drug overdoses, raise awareness about substance use, and support affected families. We at Capital Recovery Center want to support you in remembering your loved ones lost to overdose. We will be virtually “releasing” black balloons on March 6th via our page for those of you that would like to participate.
