✨ Our Hearts Are Full — Costa Rica, Thank You ✨

Our Costa Rica retreat left us overflowing with love, gratitude, and connection. From the moment we arrived, we were embraced by the pura vida spirit — a beautiful blend of nature, culture, and the kindness of the Costa Rican people.

Together we moved, breathed, reflected, and explored. Our days were filled with yoga, mindfulness, spirituality, adventure, togetherness, and the kind of thoughtful conversations that stay with you long after we return home. We shared incredible healthy meals, experienced the richness of local culture, and felt the genuine warmth of the Costa Rican community.

A heartfelt thank you to Peace Retreat in Playa Negra for holding such a grounding, welcoming space for our journey. Your kindness and care made this experience unforgettable.
