Running the Bars® is a simple, non-invasive, energy process where the practitioner lightly touches 32 points sequentially on the head to release energy. You are fully clothed, lying on a massage table, with a comfy pillow and even soft blankets, if you’d like. Every Bars® session is different, but most people report a sense of complete relaxation and many go to sleep. Some have images come to them, others feel sensations in their body such as buzzing, tingling, warmth, twitches, or shivers, still others have been known to laugh or cry out loud for no apparent reason.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY BARS® RUN?
This is entirely up to you. How good would you like to feel? How easy would you like your life to be? If I could, I’d have mine run every day! For some, once a month is good, others prefer once a week. Whenever you feel stressed, cranky, or out of sorts with how your life is going, or especially after any kind of major shock or trauma is a good time to consider having your Bars® done. Every time you have a session, the effect becomes more dynamic.
HOW LONG IS A BARS® SESSION?
There is no standard time for a Bars® session. The Holistic Dragonfly will be offering Mini Sessions (30 minutes), Full Sessions (60 minutes), and Extended Sessions (90 minutes).
