Currently, road crews in our area are working diligently to clear the roads, however road conditions at this time are hazardous! We urge you to stay off the roads and give public works an opportunity to do their jobs.

'Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the bay,
Not a sound could be heard, no calls on the way.
The ambulances rested, their engines at peace,
Hoping this quiet night’s calm would not cease.
Silent they waited, prepared and aware,
Ready to serve if called anywhere.
But tonight, our wish is for safety to reign,
For no one to suffer in sorrow or pain.
A night undisturbed is the gift we hold dear,
With hopes for your joy, your health, and good cheer.
For on evenings like this, so serene and so still,
May all stay safe, and no one fall ill.

Today, we were honored to join Santa, Mrs. Claus, Rudolph, the Grinch, and Frosty - as well as our public safety colleagues in Cecil Township - to greet the kids at the start of the school day for their last day before winter break! ❄️

Today we celebrate 35 years of service from a leader who has shaped the heart, culture, and standards of our EMS family.

For more than three decades, Dan Miller has shown us what true leadership looks like: calm in chaos, strength in adversity, compassion in every call, and an unwavering commitment to the people he serves, both in the community and on his crews. His mentorship has built countless medics, his integrity has set the bar, and his dedication has saved lives far beyond what any number could measure.

Thank you for showing us what it means to serve with purpose, lead with humility, and care with your whole heart. Congratulations, C1, on 35 years of exceptional service. We’re better because of you.

We’re a bit behind on posting due to a busy day with 911 calls, but we're grateful for our dedicated team who made the best of it and stood ready to serve our communities.

Our on-duty crews enjoyed a quick meal of their favorite homemade fixings, complemented by a generous donation from Christ Church.

We hope everyone enjoyed the day however you chose to spend it!

Our hearts are heavy today along with many across the region. As our partners at EMS West so beautifully said, Amos left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of working alongside him.

Our thoughts are with you, your family, and your friends, Amos.

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our friend, colleague, and former coworker, Amos P. Cameron. After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Amos passed away on Wednesday, October 29th, surrounded by his family and closest friends.

Amos dedicated his life to Emergency Services in Allegheny County and throughout Western Pennsylvania. During his time with EMSI and EMS West, he oversaw Regional Operations and led multiple Strike Team deployments to Louisiana and New Jersey. His leadership, commitment, and compassion left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege to work alongside him.

Funeral arrangements will be shared once they are available. Please keep Amos’s family and friends in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
