Pablo Geronimo is grateful for the many opportunities GenPsych PC has provided throughout his career. This March marks 16 years since Pablo joined the organization as a Billing Representative. Since then, he has had the privilege of growing into roles as Billing Supervisor, Billing Manager, and now Corporate Compliance and Billing Manager.

Over the years, Pablo has worked closely with teams across all sites and truly values the strong relationships he has built along the way. He is especially appreciative of each Program Director and their staff for their support during this most recent transition.

Outside of work, Pablo enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his partner and their grandkids. He is always eager to continue learning, growing, and supporting others wherever he can.

We Now Offer Evening IOP for GenPsych Youth (Ages 8–12)

Our Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to provide structured, therapeutic support after school hours, helping children build emotional regulation, coping skills, and confidence while staying connected to their daily routines.

Through evidence-based group therapy, individual support, family involvement, and clinical guidance, our team at Avenel, Bridgewater, Livingston, Rochelle Park, and Wayne helps children manage anxiety, mood challenges, behavioral concerns, school stress, and social difficulties in a safe and supportive environment.

This program is ideal for children ages 8–12 who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy, but do not require inpatient care. Evening hours allow families to access meaningful treatment without disrupting the school day, making it easier to balance healing, learning, and home life.

School avoidance requires more than encouragement. It requires coordinated care. GenPsych offers immediate in-person intakes, transportation for eligible students, intensive programs including PHP and AM/PM IOP, all while collaborating with families, schools, and providers.

Through our partnership with Silvergate Prep, students can also receive integrated academic support alongside our clinical programs.
