Aura Aguilar is a member of the GenPsych HR team, overseeing the HR Audit, onboarding, interns, and supporting the directors wherever needed. She is passionate about mental health and committed to professional growth while helping others feel welcomed and supported.

Prior to GenPsych, Aura worked as an HR Coordinator in the home health and personal care field, supporting home health aides who serve the elderly. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she faced the difficult choice of staying home to remain safe or continuing to work in support of her patients and staff. She chose to continue working demonstrating her dedication and commitment to those in her care. An experience that deepened her compassion, patience, and commitment to helping others.

Aura also enjoys mentoring the HR Assistants and credits her supervisors for helping shape her into the employee she is today.

Outside of work, Aura creates abstract paintings and digital art focused on mental health and emotional expression. She is also a proud mother to a fun, artsy little boy who shares her love for creativity.

NoStigmas is a global mental health advocacy organization committed to ensuring that no one faces mental health challenges alone and that stigma is never a barrier to care.

At , we witness every day how stigma, isolation, and delayed treatment can deeply impact individuals and families. So, Charlotte’s decision to run in honor of mental health awareness amplifies the same compassion, resilience, and commitment to community care that guide our work across all of our programs and 7 New Jersey locations.

GenPsych Rochelle Park now offers an Adult Co-occurring Track designed for individuals experiencing mental health conditions alongside secondary substance use issues. This program provides integrated care that focuses on the underlying mental health needs while also supporting individuals in managing substance use that may impact their recovery.

At GenPsych, we believe effective treatment looks at the whole person. Thus, our Co-occurring Track allows us to provide more comprehensive support so individuals can take meaningful steps toward recovery and improved mental health.

Pablo Geronimo is grateful for the many opportunities GenPsych PC has provided throughout his career. This March marks 16 years since Pablo joined the organization as a Billing Representative. Since then, he has had the privilege of growing into roles as Billing Supervisor, Billing Manager, and now Corporate Compliance and Billing Manager.

Over the years, Pablo has worked closely with teams across all sites and truly values the strong relationships he has built along the way. He is especially appreciative of each Program Director and their staff for their support during this most recent transition.

Outside of work, Pablo enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his partner and their grandkids. He is always eager to continue learning, growing, and supporting others wherever he can.
