April is Stress Awareness Month

A reminder to slow down, check in with yourself, and take your mental health seriously. Stress can show up in many ways, from feeling overwhelmed to struggling with sleep or focus. The important thing is recognizing it early and giving yourself the space to reset.

This month, make small, intentional choices; take breaks, breathe deeply, step outside, or talk to someone you trust. You don’t have to handle everything at once, and you don’t have to do it alone. Prioritizing your well-being isn’t a luxury; it’s necessary.

Even in silence, know that you are supported. Even in stillness, remember that you are moving forward.

National Drug and Alcohol Facts Week 2026 is a reminder that knowledge is power.

Understanding the real facts about drugs and alcohol helps children, teens and adults make safer, healthier choices. Honest conversations, education, and support can make a big difference in preventing substance misuse.

NoStigmas is a global mental health advocacy organization committed to ensuring that no one faces mental health challenges alone and that stigma is never a barrier to care.

At , we witness every day how stigma, isolation, and delayed treatment can deeply impact individuals and families. So, Charlotte’s decision to run in honor of mental health awareness amplifies the same compassion, resilience, and commitment to community care that guide our work across all of our programs and 7 New Jersey locations.

We are honored to be able to contribute to this meaningful cause and to stand alongside Charlotte as she brings awareness to mental wellness beyond the therapy room.
