Daniele and I will be doing our first sound bath at the yoga room at get fit gym in Bridgewater. If you wondering what to expect, id like to share some details. You will be lying flat on yoga mats on the floor or if you would prefer a zero gravity chair. There will be blankets and some pillows if needed. Everyone is welcome to bring anything that makes them more comfortable. We will be playing a series of tones from many instruments used for sound healing. Bowls, drum, wind-chimes etc. Also some reiki will be given to each person Individually if wanted of course. Each instrument holds a vibration in which the cells in your body use for restoring balance. The great thing about it is you don’t have to know what needs healing the music does it for you as you are relaxing you will be releasing.
