The Walk for Peace Monks continue their journey today as they make their way toward Alexandria, Louisiana (Rapides Parish) They remain deeply grateful for the kindness they continue to experience throughout VBR.

Itinerary for Day 36

Visitors are welcome at all stops. Once the overnight location is announced, night visits will end at 9:00 PM.

My dear community,
It is Thanksgiving morning! I have never thought that the most important thing about this day was Turkey and all the fixings.

To me it is a chance to reflect on what I am thankful for…like my home, Jerry, our sons (biological and adopted), the good doctors and nurses who got me through this last test…..AND! you my Maha Yoga community! The cards, the healing wishes have all brought joy into this old body! Thank you for being part of my life!!
As I always said at the end of every class I taught…
